This website is owned and operated by Inside Success TV LLC. This terms of service agreement covers the Inside Success TV website (insidesuccess.tv). By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).
This terms of service agreement covers insidesuccesstv.com By visiting our website, accessing and/or purchasing the information, resources, services, products, plans and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as ‘User Agreement’), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information). This agreement is in effect as of August 1st, 2024. We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.
INSIDE SUCCESS TV — EPISODE PRODUCTION TERMS
The following terms (Sections A through S below) apply to all paying guests of Inside Success TV who purchase episode production services, whether or not a separate Enrollment Confirmation and Broadcast License Agreement has been signed. By completing checkout and submitting payment for any Inside Success TV episode, package, or production service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Episode Production Terms in their entirety, in addition to all other Terms and Conditions on this page. Your completion of checkout and submission of payment constitutes your electronic signature and acceptance of these Episode Production Terms, which is binding under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state law.
A. Mutual Obligations
Inside Success TV LLC ("Production Company," "we," "us," or "ISTV") agrees to deliver a professionally produced episode and promotional assets. In return, you ("Guest") agree to cooperate fully, provide necessary materials on time, and adhere to reasonable requests to ensure a successful production.
B. Scope of Services and Deliverables
Your payment secures a Commercial Reuse License to use the episode as educational entertainment, allowing broadcast without classification as paid advertising.
You will receive:
A lifetime use license and co-ownership of your episode and all filmed content.
One professionally produced and edited episode (12–25 minutes) on Inside Success TV.
One half-day of filming at our Miami, Florida studio.
Pre-production support for topic development and story planning.
One round of editorial revisions.
Episode preparation and formatting for www.InsideSuccess.TV and the Inside Success Network app (Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV).
You will also receive any bonuses discussed on the slide/PDF presented during your casting audition, which may include:
A promotional trailer cut from the episode and cast page.
IMDb profile support (you are responsible for submitting the application). IMDb is an independently operated platform, and Inside Success TV does not guarantee that your profile or episode will be approved, listed, or maintained on IMDb.
Social cast graphics, promotional assets, behind-the-scenes content, photos and raw footage.
Behind-the-scenes and raw footage assets.
SEO support via press release placements.
The specific deliverables and fee for your package are those reflected on your order/checkout page and any presentation materials provided to you during enrollment.
C. Guest Responsibilities
To make the most of your experience and remain eligible for all deliverables, you agree to:
Appear in person at the studio for production within 6 months of purchase (this period may be pushed back an additional 6 months with notice in writing).
Submit all required materials (such as approved B-roll and brand assets) on time.
Respond to our communications within 5 business days (unless you have notified us of an absence).
Cooperate with promotional activities, including sharing trailers and social posts.
Arrive for all scheduled production activities in a condition that allows for coherent communication and meaningful participation. The Production Company has sole and absolute discretion to determine whether you are fit to participate based on observable conduct and ability to engage in the production process. If you are unable to meaningfully participate (due to impairment, prescribed or over-the-counter medication, alcohol, drugs, fatigue, illness, etc.), we may refuse to commence or may suspend filming, and rescheduling will require a $1,000 reshoot fee payable in advance.
Failure to meet these requirements may result in delays or the episode being finalized based on available materials without further revisions or refunds.
D. Creative & Editorial Control
Inside Success TV retains full editorial and creative authority over the final episode to ensure legal and ethical compliance. We will share a final cut with you prior to broadcast, and your input is welcomed during your included round of revisions. General edits to the storyline and content will be approved as long as they do not totally change the content format/flow from the other episodes or our regular structure.
E. Streaming Platform Placement
Your episode will be distributed on the Inside Success Network app and may also be made available through third-party distribution networks. We guarantee your episode will remain published on at least one platform we own or control for a minimum of 2 years from the release date. Third-party distribution networks retain full discretion to keep, remove, or cancel episodes at any time, and we have no authority over such external network decisions. If your episode is taken offline from all of our owned platforms after the 2-year minimum period, you retain the full right to independently publish it.
You may not promote the show using platforms where it is not yet live (e.g., Netflix, Hulu) or tag other celebrity guests until your episode is live, unless you have our prior written permission. Prior to the official release of your episode, you may not imply confirmed participation, endorsement, or interaction with any notable figure unless explicitly approved in writing by ISTV. All promotional language used before and after release must remain accurate, truthful, and not misleading, and any violation may result in immediate termination of this Agreement without refund.
F. Commercial Reuse License
You receive a lifetime, royalty-free, non-transferable commercial use license to leverage your episode for your brand's marketing.
Permitted uses include:
Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Website & Landing Page Integration
Marketing & Advertising (emails, paid ads, presentations)
Event & Speaking Engagements
Client & Investor Relations
Limitations:
You may not alter, resell, or distribute the full episode for OTT or broadcast use without written permission.
You may not submit the episode to third-party streaming platforms without prior written approval.
While you will not receive royalties from the streaming of the show, you retain full rights to any business or personal income derived from your appearance.
G. Episode Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Section G governs refunds and cancellations specifically for Inside Success TV episode production purchases. The general "Money Back Guarantee and Refunds" section elsewhere on this page applies to digital programs and does not override this Section G.
We start working on your production immediately upon enrollment.
You may cancel within 3 days of purchase with written notice for a full refund.
After 3 days, all payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend the shoot or decide it is not a fit, you may be permitted to transfer your episode to another qualified guest or use the amount as a credit for other services, at our sole discretion.
If you fail to meet deadlines, communicate, or appear for production, or if you are non-responsive for 6 months, we reserve the right to cancel the episode without a refund.
H. Ownership, Representation & Liability
By purchasing an Inside Success TV episode, you confirm and agree that:
You are legally permitted to enter this Agreement, all provided information is accurate, and all credentials, licenses, and qualifications you have represented to the Production Company are truthful and current. You further represent and warrant that any content, materials, or intellectual property you submit for use in your episode does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, does not violate any right of privacy or publicity, and does not contain any defamatory, obscene, or unlawful material. Any misrepresentation of your credentials or qualifications, or any breach of these warranties, may result in episode cancellation without refund. .
You have no criminal history or pending charges that could bring Inside Success TV into public disrepute.
You retain ownership of your original submitted content and branding.
You grant us a perpetual license to use your submitted content for editorial, promotional, and broadcast purposes related to the show.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any legal claims resulting from unauthorized content submissions or third-party rights issues.
You are solely responsible for obtaining and providing to the Production Company all necessary third-party releases, consents, and permissions for any individuals, content, or intellectual property featured in or submitted for use in your episode. Failure to obtain such releases, or the submission of content for which you do not hold the necessary rights, may result in episode cancellation without refund.
You may not present yourself as a producer, editor, sponsor, or affiliate of the Production Company.
ISTV reserves the right to conduct periodic background checks and public monitoring of your conduct, social media, and professional standing. Any personal data collected through such checks will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ISTV reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or terminate an episode without refund if you are found to have: (a) criminal charges, past or pending, that pose a reputational risk to the series; or (b) verified evidence of misconduct, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, racism, sexism, or violent behavior. Such determinations will be made at ISTV's sole discretion to protect the integrity of the series. Should ISTV discover any other information breaching the warranties in this Section, ISTV may immediately terminate this Agreement and withhold remaining deliverables without refund.
ISTV does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, marital status, genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
I. Non-Solicitation and Non-Compete
You agree not to solicit or hire any employee or contractor of Inside Success TV LLC or Mawer Capital (or any affiliate of ISTV) for three (3) years following your purchase. A violation of this clause will result in a fee equal to that individual's annual salary (if paid as a contractor, a flat $100,000 fee will be paid in damages).
Additionally, for two (2) years following the completion of your episode, you agree not to create, operate, or own a rival streaming platform or docuseries production business that substantially replicates our business model (featuring entrepreneurs in paid-participation documentary-style productions). You are free to appear as a guest on other shows or podcasts.
You agree that a breach of this Section would cause irreparable harm and that ISTV shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of reasonable attorneys' fees in addition to any other remedies available at law. . If any court of competent jurisdiction determines that any restriction in this Section is unenforceable as written, the court shall reform such restriction to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
J. Force Majeure
If either party cannot perform due to unforeseeable circumstances beyond their control (natural disaster, pandemic, government order, act of war, or similar event), the affected party’s obligations will be paused for the duration of such event. The parties will work together in good faith to reschedule any affected production activities. If the force majeure event continues for more than ninety (90) consecutive days, either party may terminate this Agreement upon written notice to the other, without liability, provided that the Production Company shall retain all fees for services already performed and the Guest shall receive a pro-rated credit for any undelivered services, at the Production Company’s sole discretion.
K. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (Episode Production)
If a dispute arises in connection with your episode production, we both agree to:
Attempt to resolve it through good faith negotiation within 15 days.
If unresolved, submit the dispute to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration fees will be shared equally (50/50).
If you attempt to circumvent this process by challenging any bank or credit card payment to Inside Success TV LLC, ISTV will seek attorneys' fees and costs based on your wrongful challenge.
By purchasing, you waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit against the company and a trial by jury. These Episode Production Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Miami-Dade County.
L. Entire Agreement & Survival of Terms
You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement, promise, or representation outside of these Terms (including the order/checkout page and any separate written agreement you may sign), including oral representations made by sales or enrollment personnel. These Terms, together with any separate Enrollment Confirmation and Broadcast License Agreement you sign, constitute our entire understanding and supersede all prior communications. No amendment is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. . If any provision of these Episode Production Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Provisions related to intellectual property, licensing, liability, indemnification, confidentiality, non-solicitation, non-compete, non-disparagement, publicity and likeness, assumption of risk, and arbitration shall survive any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
M. Confidentiality
During the course of your engagement with Inside Success TV, you may receive or become aware of proprietary or confidential information, including but not limited to pricing structures, production methods, business strategies, guest lists, unreleased content, and internal processes ("Confidential Information"). You agree to hold all Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to disclose, publish, or otherwise disseminate it to any third party without ISTV's prior written consent. This obligation survives the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of three (3) years. Nothing in this Section prevents you from discussing your own experience as a guest or the general nature of the services you received, provided such discussion does not reveal Confidential Information.
N. Publicity and Likeness Release
You irrevocably grant Inside Success TV LLC and its successors, assigns, and licensees a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works of your name, voice, image, likeness, biographical information, and any statements made during production, in any media now known or hereafter devised, for purposes related to the production, promotion, distribution, and marketing of the series and ISTV's business. This grant is in addition to, and does not limit, the content license in Section H. You waive any right of inspection or approval of the finished product or the copy that may be used in connection therewith.
O. Non-Disparagement
During and after the term of this Agreement, you agree not to make any public statements, whether written or oral, that disparage, defame, or cast in a negative light Inside Success TV LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, other guests, or the series. This provision does not restrict (a) truthful statements made in response to legal process or as required by law, or (b) good-faith complaints filed with a government agency. A breach of this Section shall entitle ISTV to seek injunctive relief and damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees.
P. Assumption of Risk and On-Set Safety
You acknowledge that participation in a film or video production involves inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with travel to and from the studio, studio equipment, lighting, and general studio conditions. You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by ISTV staff during your visit. To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, you release and hold harmless Inside Success TV LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from personal injury, property damage, or illness sustained during your visit to the studio or participation in production activities, except to the extent caused by ISTV's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Q. Limitation of Liability for Episode Production
The Limitation of Liability set forth elsewhere in these Terms applies in full to all claims arising under or related to these Episode Production Terms. Without limiting the foregoing, your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by ISTV of these Episode Production Terms shall be, at ISTV's option: (a) re-performance of the deficient services, or (b) a refund of the fees you paid for the specific undelivered service. In no event shall ISTV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your episode production, including without limitation lost business opportunities, lost revenue, or reputational harm, regardless of whether ISTV has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
R. Notices
All notices required or permitted under these Episode Production Terms shall be in writing and shall be deemed given when: (a) delivered personally; (b) sent by email with confirmation of receipt; or (c) sent by nationally recognized overnight courier. Notices shall be addressed to the parties at the addresses or email addresses provided during enrollment, or such other address as a party may designate in writing. Notices to ISTV shall be sent to support@insidesuccesstv.com and the physical address listed at the top of these Terms.
S. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Episode Production Terms without ISTV's prior written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent shall be void. ISTV may freely assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without your consent, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT
By visiting our website, accessing and/or purchasing the information, resources, services, products, plans and tools we provide for you, either directly or indirectly (hereafter referred to as ‘Resources’), you agree to use these Resources only for the purposes intended as permitted by (a) the terms of this User Agreement, and (b) applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted online practices or guidelines.
Wherein, you understand that:
In order to access our Resources, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself (such as identification, contact details, etc.) as part of the registration process, or as part of your ability to use the Resources.
You agree that any information you provide will always be accurate, correct, and up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources.
Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account/s.
Accessing (or attempting to access) any of our Resources by any means other than through the means we provide, is strictly prohibited.
You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of our Resources through any automated, unethical or unconventional means.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our Resources, including the servers and/or networks to which our Resources are located or connected, is strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you, as explained above, and may incur criminal or civil liability.
We may provide various open communication tools on our website, such as blog comments, blog posts, public chat, forums, message boards, newsgroups, product ratings and reviews, various social media services, etc. You understand that generally we do not pre-screen or monitor the content posted by users of these various communication tools. Which means that if you choose to use these tools to submit any type of content to our website, then it is your personal responsibility to use these tools in a responsible and ethical manner.
By posting information or otherwise using any open communication tools as mentioned, you agree that you will not upload, post, share, or otherwise distribute any content that:

We are not responsible for any delay or failure in removing such content. If you post content that we choose to remove, you hereby consent to such removal, and consent to waive any claim against us.
We do not assume any liability for any content posted by you or any other 3rd party users of our website. However, any content posted by you using any open communication tools on our website, provided that it doesn’t violate or infringe on any 3rd party copyrights or trademarks, becomes the property of Inside Success TV LLC, and as such, gives us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, publish, publicly display and/or distribute as we see fit. This only refers and applies to content posted via open communication tools as described, and does not refer to information that is provided as part of the registration process, necessary in order to use our Resources. All information provided as part of our registration process is covered by our privacy policy.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inside Success TV LLC, its parent company and affiliates, their directors, officers, managers, employees, donors, agents, and licensors, from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of this User Agreement or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account incurred by you or any other person using your account. We reserve the right to take over the exclusive defense of any claim for which we are entitled to indemnification under this User Agreement. In such an event, you shall provide us with such cooperation as is reasonably requested by us.
Any information supplied through the Website or by any employee or agent of the Company, whether by telephone, e-mail, letter, facsimile, or other form of communication, is for educational purposes or general guidance on the use of the Website, and does not constitute medical, legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice. The receipt of any questions or feedback you submit to the Company does not create a professional relationship and does not create any confidentiality privileges beyond those described in our privacy policy.
Inside Success TV LLC does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may browse the Inside Success TV website only with permission of a parent or guardian; however, you may not purchase any Inside Success TV episode production package, service, or product. All purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Inside Success TV LLC reserves the right to request proof of age and to cancel without refund any purchase made by or on behalf of a minor.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we’ve created a separate Privacy Policy in order to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. PAYMENT
You agree to pay, and authorize Inside Success TV LLC.’s third party payment processor to charge using your selected payment method and payment plan, for all applicable fees and taxes that may accrue in relation to your payment plan to use our Services or purchase our products. All fees are in US Dollars and are non-refundable except as required by law. Inside Success TV LLC. is not responsible for charges, bank fees, or foreign exchange rates applied by your Credit Card Company and/or financial institution. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us. We may suspend or terminate the Services if fees are 30 days past due.
REFERENCE TRANSACTIONS
A reference transaction is a financial transaction from which subsequent transactions can be derived. PayPal Reference Transactions & Stripe Authorizations are used to make subsequent transactions to offer you additional offers at checkout. These offers are optional and you will be provided the option to opt-out of any after purchase offers by clicking the “No Thanks, I won’t see this offer again and I am not interested” option. After adding your payment information at checkout, you agree to allow our payment processor to store an authorization for additional payments as needed. This may include after purchase one-time offers, which you authorize us to charge using your selected payment method upon your acceptance of any additional offers.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUNDS
All sales are final except as expressly provided in these Terms. If you purchased an Inside Success TV episode production package, your refund and cancellation rights are governed exclusively by Section G (Episode Refund & Cancellation Policy) of the Episode Production Terms above. No other refund policy on this page applies to episode production purchases

ARBITRATION
