This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, including any claim related to the collection, use, or disclosure of your data or information through this website, is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability and all other terms in the Inside Success TV LLC Privacy Policy. Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. Further, unless both you and Inside Success TV agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
